Turning research into action to create healthier space

About Me

I help organizations and communities build measurable systems of wellness and resilience by combining front-line experience, clinical expertise, and rigorous research.

I am a doctoral candidate in the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Manitoba and a registered social worker whose career bridges front-line policing, clinical practice, research, and organizational leadership. I hold a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology. From my early years as a police officer to my current work as a therapist, consultant, and instructor, I have focused on turning lived experience into meaningful systemic change.

My vision is to help organizations and communities thrive through evidence-based wellness strategies, trauma-informed leadership, and a commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
