Organizational Wellness & Change Consulting

I help healthcare, public safety, and community organizations create strategic, evidence-based wellness initiatives. Drawing on my experience leading province-wide projects—including the creation of the Shared Health Manitoba Employee Wellbeing Framework— I now provide a range of services that include:

  • Delivering trauma and grief workshops for emergency management teams and community wellness initiatives
  • Developing customized strategies to help leaders integrate psychological health into emergency preparedness
  • Providing practical tools and frameworks that foster resilience before, during, and after critical incidents

By blending clinical expertise with front-line insight, I help organizations embed trauma-informed practices and build long-term resilience.

Critical Incident Stress & Crisis Response

I provide consulting and training services that help organizations build the capacity to prevent, manage, and recover from high-stress events. Drawing on my front-line mental health experience and my leadership of Shared Health’s province-wide Critical Incident Stress Response initiative, I partner with healthcare, public-safety, and community agencies to strengthen both individual and organizational resilience.

My consulting and training services include:

  • Designing and evaluating evidence-based critical incident stress programs that measurably improve staff wellbeing
  • Coaching leaders and teams to respond confidently and effectively during complex emergencies
  • Establishing peer-support and debriefing frameworks that reduce trauma impact and promote workplace psychological safety

These services help organizations embed trauma-informed practices and sustain the capacity to protect and support staff before, during, and after critical incidents.

Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Leadership

I help organizations move equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) from intention to measurable impact—building systems of accountability and belonging that enable people and organizations to thrive.

Highlights of my work in advancing equity, diversity, and inclusion include:

  • Identifying structural barriers and cultural dynamics that limit participation and advancement
  • Translating research and stakeholder feedback into policies with measurable outcomes
