Turning research into action to create healthier space

Speaking & Thought Leadership

My community work extends beyond research and consulting, keeping me closely connected to the people and organizations I support.

Highlights include:

  • Serving as a member of the Program and Policy Evaluation Research Group (PROPER)
  • Acting as project observer for a PAWSITIVE support initiative assisting veterans with PTSD
  • Contributing to research advisory committees and hiring committees across health and academic settings
  • Being invited by Miles for Mental Health in Neepawa, MB to speak on community trauma and grief following the Carberry bus tragedy
  • Being invited by Manitoba Hydro to speak on mental health, resilience, and organizational wellness

These experiences ensure that the strategies and solutions I develop remain practical, relevant, and grounded in the real needs of the communities I serve.
